This sailboat detail in the port of Kuilart will not only delight sailors in their office every day. The oil painting cleverly picks up individual facets that make up a sailing boat: net, mast and bow. The wooden hull is tactile for the viewer.
The color of the work of art also skilfully conveys dynamics through the bright red triangle and the orange-colored pulley, which keeps the ropes taut. The entire surface was treated with a sealant, varnish to protect the work of art and to intensify the color intensity. High-quality and lightfast oil paints were used on canvas with several white primers. Canvas is stapled on the back. Please note the format information on the dimensions. Since the living space examples are photomontages, it can happen that the works of art appear smaller or larger. The accessories and furniture shown in the photos are not part of my offer.
